Jeff Smeenk
District Manager
Jeff has BS in Agronomy and his graduate work was in Plant Pathology and Sustainable Agriculture.
He is our primary agricultural consultant, is a certified pesticide applicator, project manager and researcher.
His interests include primarily sustainable agriculture, Farm management and Economic Analysis and Application of Conservation Techniques.
Louisa Branchflower
Natural Resource Manager
Louisa has a background in Earth Science and is the districts GIS specialist. She has been with the district since 2012 and works with grant administration, GIS mapping, Salmon habitat restoration, Invasive plant management, district IT and outreach. She enjoys farming, composting, playing outside, playing with her family, volunteering in the community and skiing.
Kelly Strawn
Natural Resource Manager
Kelly has been with the district since 2008. She has a background in Environmental Science. She has experience with salmon habitat and restoration, salmon monitoring, water quality work, outreach campaigns, has worked with numerous projects and partners throughout the years with the district.
Scott Wolfe
Natural Resource Manager
Scott has a background in Wildlife Biology. He has extensive experience as a research biologist and brings many skills to the team. He is passionate about the outdoors and gathering, collecting and analyzing data.
